Started brining two birds Tuesday night. Put some onion and garlic in the 24 lb'r and rubbed it down with EVO and my rub. Added a few slices of bacon and a stick of butter.  Put on some pecan chips and oak coal at 10 last night, tried to keep it around 250, but I kept falling asleep watching Peaky Blinders. Almost ready to pull off and rest.  Emma helped rub the smaller one down this morning to put in the oiless fryer.

sorry boys, got drunk and forgot to take more pics before I cut everything up and it got gone...glad I put me a plate in the microwave
