is there any mule deer that are behind a high fence in tx? like way out in west tx.

Yes sir, several HF ranches in the panhandle now days and most have mule deer on them.

In every old body lives a young person wondering what the hell happened!

Yes a lot of ranches in the Big Bend and Panhandle have HF and mule deer.
