Lot of work for making those cases. Would think it would be simpler if there was a case forming and trim die like on the 357 Herret and use 375 RUM brass to form it from but then a set of custom dies would be $$$$.

it is, but necking up expanding 300wsm brass usually results in a huge waste of brass. most of the case mouths split, even with a healthy annealing before hand.
