Question is there a way to add a solar powered IR light to a a game camera to light up the area even more ? Was thinking of adding one that can be hooked to a solar panel to boost the light at night out further etc.

Yes, you will have to search on some do-it-yourself trail camera forums to see where they get them and then how they wire them into the TC so it triggers with your regular IR.

Some cameras have a plug port on the bottom for an external IR LED flash.
I want to take apart one of the Sunforce LED lights and swap all the LEDs to IR LEDs. It already has the solar panel, battery, and motion sensor built into it. Just change it from white LEDs to IR LEDs. I did take one and swap the clear glass to a red glass. Been meaning to put that by the feeder sometime for some late pig hunts.
