Lets see your setup, and what you have made. Been reading on it some.

I built an all grain, recirculating, brew-in-a-bag, PID controlled, 220V 5500W, 40 gallon, setup.
Here is an older photo, I have since upgraded to a stainless 88qt pot.

I typically brew citrus-y IIPAs like the following.

Haven't brewed in years. If you are thinking about getting into it a visit to Homebrew headquarters https://www.homebrewhq.com/Default.aspx would be a good place to start.

Honey Lagers and one that tasted like Samuel Smiths Pale Ale were my favorites when I was brewing. Got the know how from friends and the folks at Homebrew headquarters which is not far from Garland.

In the midst of a move, so no pics of the set up. We brew in 5 gallon batches. Double fermentation. Was kegging for a while, but back to bottling now. Miss making my own! our best was a Cherry Hefe...with a citrus twist. Made a Kona Coffee Mint Porter that would keep you up all night! Good times!

I've done maybe 40 batches over the last 3 years. My preferences change over time, but currently I'm liking the ESB I just bottled. I have an IPA on tap (my first in my new kegerator that I built into my wet bar!!) and a spiced Holiday Ale almost ready to keg. Having beer on tap is totally changing my world.

Haven't in a couple months. Might do a batch or two before we move. Looking forward to having more space, will be getting an all grain set up and have enough room to start kegging

My setup is pretty basic. I got a lot of my equipment from craigslist, there are a lot of people who buy a lot of gear and then give it up. Here's what I've got:
1) Brew kettle cut from a keg
2) Plastic bottling bucket
3) Plastic fermenting bucket
4) Glass 6-gallon carboy
5) 2 2.5 gallon party balls that I have yet to use
6) Assorted hoses and whatnot
7) Bazooka tube setup for a cooler, when I feel the urge to brew all-grain

Let me know if you have any specific questions, I'll try my best to give you a good answer. It's a fun hobby, but addictive. Like beer, come to think of it.

I've got a stainless Brutus 15 that I would be willing to sell. I decided that I like drinking beer better that brewing beer.

Just bottled my first effort. I'll know in 2 weeks whether I'll do anymore. I started out with a stout but really like to do an nice IPA.

I'll be brewing a batch of a modified Steam beer this weekend that I am named "Texas Common." Should know in a couple months how it turns out. Hope it turns out the way I plan, using some different malts and yeast to get the ABV up to about 7.5% which is pretty high for a Steam beer. cheers
