A lot of discussion lately on hunters being killed or injured as a result of leaking LP gas. Thankfully, a detector helped me avoid such an incident recently.

LP gas detectors really do work, including this one that runs off batteries and could easily be kept in a box blind.

Shoot as bad as that gas smells I would think God gave me enough of a detector.
