Sako makes some beautiful rifles. And I'm betting they will outshoot either WBY or Blaser.

I feel the one bridge that has not been crossed,is the Blaser is a takedown gun. If you travel anywhere to hunt, this is a super nice feature. It is also to be known, then when you put it back together it hold zero complete--you can take your scope off and and it holds zero precisely. You could also switch out the bolt housings to be left or right handed, and switch between 27 different calibers between 222 and 500 jeffery--not many guns on the market can do all that and or in the price range of the Blaser.

Hey, nothing wrong with Mark Vs--I own 4 of them...but if I had to keep one rifle, it would be the Blaser.

Just trying to put apples to apples.

They make a left handed action?

Cooper was my choice when looking for a good looking shooter, and it is a wood stock rifle that easily lives up to their sub 1/2 MOA guarantee.

I was gonna say that! But I've only experience with Tikka T3, so I can't really judge in that sense.

Nobody on the Kimbers?

My Blaser will out shoot, both my Sakos...so I would not bet on it. My Blaser with its 6.5x284 barrel will out shoot every gun I own except my McMillan G30 308 custom, and my Blaser LRS can come close to it!!!

Guys the way the Blaser is built makes it VERY accurate. It locks up directly on the barrel with a radial rawl type bolt head. There is no slop, and the chamber are super consistent as they are set by hammer forging on a mandrel. The barrel steel is awesome ( I know of a 8x57 that has over 6-7k rounds and still holds MOA) the gun is vapor nitrited and is wear and weather resistant, got one of the crispest triggers in the biz,and like I said earlier in a post it is a takedown...there is a lot to like. I have said it many times,if I was not such a gun nut, I would have bought a Blaser R93 in 1994 when I got out of high school and went hunting! Instead I bought my first one in 1999...by that time I had played with too much to be set on one platform.

Good luck in your decision!

Ed

Nothing about a kimber excites me. Almost all our Idaho hunters shot them and I've shot them plenty and although they are well built, but they do nothing for me
