I am selling my Remington 700 SPS in .204 Ruger. I love the gun but I am selling to fund a 20 VarTarg custom build. I purchased this new earlier this year and I had the add-ons done and I fired less than 100 rounds through this rifle.

26" varmint barrel. Timney trigger installed and bedded into a Boyd's thumb hole by a gunsmith. A new Sightmark 4x16x44 (30 mm tube) with an illuminated reticle sits in a set of Talley rings.

This rifle is in excellent shape with the exception of 2 stock scratches shown.

It is a proven good shooter capable of less than 1/2" 5-shot groups at 100 yards. The only target pic I had on my bench is from load development when it shot a .572 5-shot group with the load I went with. It has shot better than that. It shoots well with several factory and hand loads. It shoots the 32gr. better than the 40gr. I shoot 32gr Z-max over 28.5gr of Varget in Hornady cases.

I have around $1,200 invested in this rig. I will sell for $975 as it sits or $825 without scope and rings. Price is FTF in Nacogdoches as I am unable to drive right now due to illness. I could ship on your dime

I will make available to the buyer the shown 100 pieces if Hornady Brass (70 loaded) and a nearly new set of RCBS dies for an additional $100.
