You read that right. Moroccan. My wife didn't grow up eating chicken fried deer and mashed potatoes like I did, but I've convinced her that venison is worth exploring. She's pretty much a genius in the kitchen, so she came up with this recipe on the fly a few weeks ago. Last night we had a more refined version, which is documented here on our DIY site:
