They are our neighbor on the South side of our ranch in Junction. 10k+ acres that is partially high fenced. The owners are TPWD stewardship award winners etc. Has anyone here ever hunted there? I've seen some monsters through my binoculars, would love to know the caliber of deer and axis they have.

PS it's for sale.

Ranch sold last yr for 27.5m(idk if it's for sale again so soon but I bet they just didn't take the listing down???) Old owners shot a 193 last yr but that's the only buck in 20+ yrs over 170. The old ranch manager is a good friend of ours. We are 5 miles east of there. Axis bucks are huge both antlers & body there. Whitetail aren't impressive as they should be for as much management as they do but still better than your average hill country ranch(mid 120s-150s average).

Yeah I heard it sold for that price last year, didn't know if it fell through, was re-listed, or never taken down. I've never seen any axis deer over there but we have taken some gold metal, 220lb+ bucks on our place so I can only imagine what they would have. Beautiful place.
