Come on Guy, I told you that in privacy, now I know who I can trust. Just joking with you, LMAO.
It was a bit cold yesterday, thought the water would be warmer than it was too. One part of the story I left out, after I swam to the boat I drove thru the timber in the cove I was in to dry off for a few minutes before coming back to the bank to get my clothes back on. True story, good thing nobody else was anywhere close to us. This happened around 7:30am after I shot 5 mallards with a grey kicker of course. Photos of both were taken, but you will not see them of course, I hope not.
Was an awesome day for sure.

So you drove your boat thru the timber naked to dry off? Good idea to dry off before putting cloths back on, but your hunting buddy should have shed a shirt or something for you to towel dry off, lol.

So you drove your boat thru the timber naked to dry off? That's his trick to run off all the other hunters.

I was hiding about 60 yards away and have plenty of pics. Definitely not worried about Fooshman catching me, his boat has not even left the garage since opening day, to worried about spilling blood on that new hydroturf or scratching that pretty paint job. HaHa.

Actually was not naked, I was wearing underwear, but used my first layer to dry off with before putting my other clothes back on. I have decided to add a towel to my storage compartment now though. There was actually three guys with me though, they got a good laugh.

So what's the story of how the boat managed to float off? Well me and my buddy killed a couple of limits, picked up the decoys and everything, got the boat and packed up, it was about 7:15 at this point so we drove to another part of the lake were a couple of buddies were hunting to talk to them for a minute about how they were doing. I pulled the boat up on the bank just across a creek channel, got out and walked over to them to talk, my buddy stayed in the boat, a few minutes later he got out and walked over to talk and did not pull the boat up or tie it up. Looked back a couple minutes later and it had floated away, I blamed my buddy of course.

I blamed my buddy of course. Yeah, he should have made the swim. You are too nice, I keep telling you this. Well he owes you I guess. When on the bank, and someone gets out of boat, now it is not as secure on the bank. Molly did that to me, plus when she jumped out it pushed the boat off. Lucky for me boat did not go far I could wade out and get it.

Next time just call me Mo I'll come get you. No way I would have made that swim. That's crazy.

Who needs the excuse of "I was drying off" to drive around naked?

Yeah - the buddy would've been the one high tailing it across the lake that am.
