This gun is in rough shape, but it shoots well and locks up tight.
The finish is not correct, it should be parkerized, but it's nickel plated.
The nickel plate has had rust on it and it looks like someone tried to clean it up with a dremel wire brush, my 7 year old could have done a better job.
The grips are wrong, they should be brown, but they're fake/faux stage made by Franzite and the grip screw is about a 1/16" too long.
That's really about all I can tell you, I think I covered it all, it shoots good enough, locks up tight, wrong grips, and bad finish.
The barrel is a 4" barrel, but actual measurement puts it a hair shorter
I'd like to get $650 for it, or best offer. I'm not sure where to be at on it, I tried gunbroker and they're all over the place up to over 2k for excellent condition examples and down to 400 for some worse than this one.
I will trade for other guns. I'm in the market for a .223, 1911 in .45, and a new carry pistol in 9mm.
If you're interested and have cash or trade fodder, I'm sure we can work something out. This thing has just been sitting for a while and it needs to be shot a lot more often to make it look old again
Edit to add, I didn't notice it until the pics popped up, but the grips have hairline cracks on them near the bottom.
