I was under the impression he was living in Deming NM but recently found out that was just said to throw people off and he is still living in El Paso somewhere. Hopefully justice will be served.

Im not a law expert but if business was done via traditional mail or electronic correspondence that translates to a federal felony, and one the feds commonly pursue. If im not mistaken this is textbook mail and wire fraud. If enough people files charges, they wont just let it simmer on the back burner. Best of luck to you op.

After opening a complaint I would contact the TPWD and El Paso autorities and ask that they forward any information they have to the file number you create.

I'd probably be a fool and waste my hard earned money and gas if it ticked me off enough. I'm sure there are better ways to handle it though

From what ive been able to figure out he lives with his dad who is joe gedman also.

He got me too, I'll call up El Paso pd and file a complaint with the link above. Anything else we need to do? I want to get enough people on that list so the Feds pursue, should be pretty easy to find him.

Anyone know if the owner of the ranch can be/should be held responsable too? I know the ranch is called "Peaceful Ranch" just south of Ft. Hancock. Thinking i should contact them and have a nice chat.

Dont think you will get anywhere with that. I know all of my dealings went through joe and i only spoke to the ranch owners son after everything went to hell.

Don't think you could hold the rancher/owner of the land responsible. In some cases, the rancher/owner of the land does not even know that their land is being represented as a place that these so-called outfitters have access to.
