I saw my first bucks chasing does on Tuesday evening near Ft. McKavett. A few other hunters have been telling me that they have seen a little rutting activity east of Menard but this was my first personal encounter. I think we will see a lot of chasing this weekend as the cold weather and bight moon has them stirring.
