Wondering what you guys think of a Blue Lacy to use to track wounded deer? No any reliable breeders?

we use lacys and bmc. prefer the lacys though. My wife and her lacy were published in the november issue this year of the tpwd magazine.

in my opinion they are some pretty dang good dogs. we are breeders as well but recently lost our female to an oil field pumper on our private road when he topped the hill speeding and didnt see her in our road. if you are looking for a pup i can see if any other breeders we know within the LGDR and TLGDA have any available, would you be looking for a male or female?

I love the Lacy dogs. They are a little bit soft, but their smarts more than make up for it.
