I have a need for a good double rifle case for a upcoming trip. I was wondering which ones yall have tried that seem to be the best?

I like the Pelican 1750's, too. They are heavy, especially when loaded, but they do have wheels on one end.

Check out caseclub.com for custom cut foam inserts as well. They have pre made templates and use a more durable foam than what comes with the pelican. I ordered this one for my DTA and had it within a weeks time.

Pelican 1700 with custom foam, I also have this

With a custom side for my double, a little heavy but works great.

I have the Pelican as well as a SKB-2R. The SKB is pretty darn good.
