I saw one that was about 12 feet long down in Kennedy tx. Very cool snakes.

I treed one at our lease in Real County last month when I was trying to catch it. Very cool snakes that will always get a pass from me.

about 10 years ago i was hunting with a buddy of mine on his family's ranch in Fowlerton Tx. I had never heard of an indigo snake. He was telling me about these snakes and they get over 9feet long. I called BS. First afternoon walking down a sendero going to my blind one of them big bastards bout gave me a heart attack. If it wasnt for my friend yelling at me not to shoot it with my 25-o6 there would have been one less in the world.
