Got here Thursday. Checked the cameras and had a ton of activity from a few different bucks. I've only seen 8-10 does. A spike and one young 8. Check camera again this morning and haven't had not one deer at the feeder since the rain started. Coyotes are everywhere minus the 2 that I sent to meet there maker. Is it the yotes? Rain? I'm at a loss

Screws their patterns up? Checked my hunting buddies cam (he didn't come this trip) he has 2 nice 11s there before during and after the rain.

Arrived this morning here in Webb county. Slow morning one doe and yearling, however camera had lots of action all week with the rain. Several mature bucks that we see only moving at night moved during the day with the rain.

Some go to roaming during or after a rain with the cooler temps. Some of the bucks just stay put. I had a lot more bucks moving before the rain last weekend than I did the past 2 days after the rain. I am much closer to the rut than you are though. Full moon is allowing them to move all night long also. Things have really greened up around me in just a couple of days. I had 3 does and a fawn feeding that never even went to the corn or protein like they did last weekend. Mornings are my best hunts and evening are never as good for buck numbers. I even have oats and nothing is really even touching it yet, which is very unusual.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

I must have had the roamers. Makes sense. Only had 1 10 that stayed a lot before. The other blinds a few thousand yards away and those 2 11s haven't left in a month.
