I am considering a godd compound bow. My requirements are simple,

Good quality but inexpensive, (notice I didn't say cheap, there is a difference)
Must be adjustable draw.

Basically that is it.

Being medically disabled, you live on a tight budget. Most of my SSDI goes to cover medical expenses medicare doesn't cover. My sister throw in about 500. A mont to help out with hen needed. I live with one of my sisters.

I have no time line for purchasing just getting ideas. If you ever have a question on crossbows, give me shout, I can help you out there.

Thanks

I would look at Mission bows. If I ever put up my trad gear and my old MQ1, that is what I would buy.

Go to archery talk and buy a used one from a seller that has good feedback. I've bought 2 over there with no issues.

Mission bows are good for a budget. So are Diamond bows.

I was in the same boat and ended up with a Mission Craze. The draw weight is really adjustable, I think it's like from 35 to 70 lbs. I've been really happy with it, got a combo deal from my local archery shop. Only upgrade I did was adding a used QAD arrow rest I got off ebay. It really helped with the groupings.

Diamond. Mine (Rock) was fully rigged as a package deal for $500 and I've never had any trouble whatsoever. Great shooting bow.

I bought a PSE Vision RTS Package last month on sale from Cabelas for $299.88 on sale. It was a ready to shoot bow with peep sight,Gemini sight, whisker biscuit rest, and quiver. Is a nice shooting bow for the price and is the first bow I have bought in 17-18 years. Draw weights are from 12#-70# in 2 packages.
