New camera might help, only pic I can really get a good view is blurry.

I'd say "yes", but would double field check, before sending a round downrange.

Last pic is a young smaller deer. He may be legal but he's not the same deer as in the prev pics.

Looks like 2 different bucks in those pics. Top buck is mature and appears to be legal width. Last pic that buck is more middle-aged and not sure on his width from that pic.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

Yeah two different deer. Top one is way mature, and looks to be outside. if you are in a a/r county

You know I am glad ya'll said two different deer. I was kinda thinking the same but was not 100% sure. Yes A/R country. Franklin County, Mount Vernon.
This camera does great on video, but night pics are so so. I can view pics on my point/shoot in the field but cant with video unless I have the laptop.
Thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it.
FYI. I shot 6 hogs last year, and a Dall Sheep and Caribou in Alaska, but never shot a deer. So just doing my due diligence before I take a shot. Will have to take a long long through glass before a pull the trigger. Good thing is I am pretty sure I saw a spike buck out there this weekend too.
