I'd say "yes", but would double field check, before sending a round downrange.

Last pic is a young smaller deer. He may be legal but he's not the same deer as in the prev pics.

Looks like 2 different bucks in those pics. Top buck is mature and appears to be legal width. Last pic that buck is more middle-aged and not sure on his width from that pic.

Yeah two different deer. Top one is way mature, and looks to be outside. if you are in a a/r county

You know I am glad ya'll said two different deer. I was kinda thinking the same but was not 100% sure. Yes A/R country. Franklin County, Mount Vernon.

This camera does great on video, but night pics are so so. I can view pics on my point/shoot in the field but cant with video unless I have the laptop.

Thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it.

FYI. I shot 6 hogs last year, and a Dall Sheep and Caribou in Alaska, but never shot a deer. So just doing my due diligence before I take a shot. Will have to take a long long through glass before a pull the trigger. Good thing is I am pretty sure I saw a spike buck out there this weekend too.

I think both will make it, but the second one is close, real close
