I've been thinking about adding to the ol' stamp collection. I have a Cyclone and a Thunderbeast 30PS, so I already have long, quiet, and heavy and a short, light and slightly louder can. Was interested in getting a Harvester because of the light weight and using it on my SBR's and I can get a Spectre II for $99 at the same time. grin

Have any of you shot one or have one? Reviews? What about the break or fins on the end of it...does that make it louder? Suppression compared to other models?

Any advice or opinions are appreciated....

No personal experience with the harvester but an opinion - it is market more for hunting rifles verses an overbuilt heavy can meant to take the extra abuse of a SBR. They have other models that would fit the application better depending on what SBR you plan to use it on.

wouldn't be my choice for an SBR unless it was low round count hunting like a 300 BO

If it can handle full power 7mm Mag and .300wm at 24" I can't imagine that a 5.56 or .300blk sbr is a problem?

I have an 11.5" .223 and an 8.5" 300 BO. I rarely, if ever, would shoot more than 4 or 5 shots in quick succession.

I guess if I was going to do a lot of shooting I could use my Cyclone, it seems to be built like a tank.

See below....that's not going to be an issue for me. I have two other 30 Cal cans I can use.

Any other input, besides the concern for high capacity shooting in an SBR? More specifically relating to my initial questions.

SilencerShop has a video of a semi-auto mag dump through a Harvester. They say it is no problem as long as you let it cool down before doing it again.

It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Hopefully 4 months. That's our most recent two forms.

Similar boat here. I sent mine off over a month ago for the Harvester and Spectre II.

Waiting on a stamp for mine now, its a great hunting can. I've got the old 762-SD for high rate of fire.
