 Looking for 2015 West Texas Mule Deer lease

Trying to get ahead of the curve and look for a West Texas lease for next year 2015.
Wanting the lease to be ours and would entertain a multi year lease with first year opt out. Looking for a place with a spot for four hunters. I would like to have the hunting lease out right, not a time share day lease type place.
Would be looking at something that is mule deer, no whitetail, and wouldnt mind some aoudad and the occasional passing elk. Primitive camp is fine, I have a ton of camping gear.
The group will definitely be management minded and stewards of the land and would like to have an open relationship with the landowner in which we share goals and plans.
Have not set a budget for this yet. Willing to negotiate. Please pm or email me with information.
