Here's a few pics of some mounts I was working on last week. I'll post the finished pics as soon as everything is done

These two bucks were killed off a lease in Rocksprings last season, the client wanted them mounted to look like they were about to lock antlers.

nice tusks on that warthog. Like that aggressive buck on the wall as a pedestal. Is that a Matt Thompson form? Good work.

Both the white tail are on Matt Thompson forms. I altered the heads on both of them to give them a little more of a posturing up / aggressive look

Nice work!!

What is that mount called on the last photo with the goat? Still considered a shoulder? or does it have it's own class? They seem to be getting more popular.

The Barbado ram was a left turn wall pedestal mount. Still a shoulder mount, but shows off a little more of the shoulder and gives the mount more depth than a traditional straight forward mount

Thanks Taylor, I like that profile, seen to many of the normal shoulders I guess and that look adds to the character of the mount. May just be a "taste" thing. Are those harder to do?

They take a little more time and materials but they are not that much harder to do than a standard shoulder mount. Just a little different process when your finishing them up

A guy named Jim Hahn makes the turkey plaques I use, I think they look far and away better than most.
His # is 636-937-0933, he has a couple different options to choose from as well
