Got in the stand before first light and settled in. Watching a couple does right now on a high line easement. Good luck y'all.

Just let a boar have a pass. Had him dead to rights at 220 yards but he looked like he wouldn't taste good.

Been sitting for about an hour. Watched a BIG pig mosey through at about 900 yards. Was real tempted to stretch the legs on this creedmoor but haven't shot it passed 550 so I just watched.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

Go ahead! stretch them legs! If you have a ballistic app you need to get the data entered and then just let the big dog hunt! 900 is nothin for that CM...just a walk in the park....

Hunted the woods this morning. Got some pork on the ground early. Just a 60 yard chip shot.

Back again. I've seen two does and a small sounder of hogs. The hogs were a ways out....1500+ yards according to the power poles between us.
