Hello all,

I am looking for a year round lease for deer, pigs, and predators near Athens Tx.

I would be happy to join an existing group or can put a group together. If joining an existing group, I would like to be able to have a guest. I am also open to a small one man place if its a good spot.

My family and I are safe, experienced, management minded hunters. We treat others land as our own and leave it the same or better than we found it. We have our own feeders and blinds. A small camp house or trailer would be nice but is not necessary.

I am open to other counties besides just Henderson, but would like to stay in a 2 buck county within an hour and a half to 2 hrs of east Dallas. We are currently on a lease in south Texas, and with my work schedule, its just too far to be able to get there near as often as I would like.

I am willing to pay good money for the right spot. I would also be willing to commit to a multi year lease on the right spot. Willing to pay a bird dog fee too if someone can point me towards the right place.
