I should leave the post blank, as that would be the same as the report.. got here for and afternoon / evening hunt.. 0 cars and 0 ducks...

I spend 12pm tp 3pm looking for hogs, found a small group but could not get to them.

Still here, and have not seen anything legal sincen I started hunting at 3pm.. we will see as dark gets closer

I drive right by there on the way to my lease.

4 ducks on the whole place and 3 died. I think I head maybe 9 shots all morning.

We need some winter.

Thought for the day: Ducks were almost hunted to extinction long before camo was invented.

Haha... Bardwell is a well known lake and I doubt any extra pressupressure will come from it... now I don't mention smaller areas names or honey holes so.to.speak...

I did end up with 1.. was flying solo and was able to call it in and decoy it... this is my first year hunting ducks and my first called in duck.. was an awesome felling!!

Too bad there was no more flying around...

Yeah... it was low light and hard to tell at the time what I shot. But what can I do? Its so hard to tell what's what at thise time, but when you have nothing, and know it's a legal bird and can't tell what it is.. wouldn't you shoot too? Or am I just an [censored] for saying

That's a grey winged extrapala duck. You are not suppose to shoot those ducks, and they are not in waterfowl ID books. I might be misspelling it, I'm terrible speller.

LOL y'all are terrible.

I don't always shoot deer, but when I do, I prefer B&C's.
