been trying to work up a load for the .303, can't find many round nose bullets, using bt ect, seating the bullets far enough to load in the 99, will extra seating depth have any neg. effect?

I do believe that the 303 savage uses a .308 bullet. I think any bullet designed for the 30/30 would work. Also because of the rotary magazine you aren't restricted to just round nose.

for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype

Data is available in several manuals and Hodgdon website though that site has one load listed.

Have read that 150 gr partition will work in is but does have to be seated deep in the case taking up powder room. Classic 30-30 round nose bullets work well in the 303 Savage. Finding those bullets these days is another thing.

There are several places on the web with RN bullets that would work
