We are ready to replace our Motorola Talkabouts (Eats batteries)

For our personal uses, we use while metal detecting, also my shop is about 50 yards from the house and I use it instead of hard line to the house.

Looking at: Motorola MT352TPR FRS

Any knowledge or experience ?

btw, because of limited use we really don't need the high end radios.

Thanks
