This evening I was running the shredder while watching a spectacular sunset through the dust. My intention was to run right up to kick off and head to our high school football game and get in a nap in the stand opening morning. That was the plan.
The pasture grass is 5 to 6 foot tall, the sun in my eyes, I looked like Evel Knievel as I bounced the tractor through a couple of washes hidden in the grass. I am proud to say I've already hammered out the bent shredder and the equipment is good to go. I am also sorry to say I must have got old and fat. When I hit the washes the air ride seat shot me into the roof of the tractor cab, slammed me back into the seat, instantly reloaded and fired me into the roof again. It eas like a pin ball game.
My lower back is locked up in protest and my knee is throbbing. Needless to say I just ingested two persription muscle relaxers and will be sawing logs. Ya'll enjoy the morning hunt without me.
Be safe out there.
