Fixing to get a new set of Binos. I will be shopping at Cabelas due to its only a 40 minute drive. I am wanting the best set of binos in the $150-$250 range. Post away please. Thanks in advance.

Also, their main use would be for mostly white-tail hunting. I have a spotting scope for my other hunts. Just a need a good set for general whitetail use.

Im trying to get out of some leupold bx2 cascades in 10x42 if you are interested. I have them posted in the classifieds along with a leupold sx-1 ventada 15-45x60 spotter. I'll take less than I have posted for both optics.

Take a look at the lower priced Vortex. Great value for the money. Nikon has some good values as well.

my approach when buying glass is a try before I buy - if you are going to cabelas ask to take a few outside for a test

Not sure if Cabela's has them but take a look at Minox. In that price range and surprisingly good glass. My son has a pair and they are on par with my Kahles. If they don't have them at Cabela's Cameraland NY has them for very good prices.
