I have a Remington 700 BDL in 7mm magnum. It is a November 1968 model according to the barrel code of RR. It also has the heart shape inspection mark. This is the model that Remington made in the 60's that has the blackened stainless steel barrels. The barrel is marked stainless. They put the stainless barrels on the 7 mm magnum and the 300 magnum. The gun is in 99% or better shape. According to the original owner it was shoot 10 times to sight in scope and then was put up and never shot again. I have not shoot it since I got it. Has a very cheap KFC scope on it. Also has Redfield one piece base with flip up peep sight on the base. $700 ftf near the Athens area. Please PM me for pictures and any questions.
