I bought this "the beast" just under a year ago from a fellow THF member because I needed a 4x4 vehicle to do my varmint hunting in. I decided to purchase a 4x4 pick-up for my daily driver and varmint rig so the suburban is up for sale. I have used this suburban approx 8-10x over the past year on hunts with the most recent being this weekend. Drove it out approx 45 miles to the land we were hunting and back without any issues.

The following information is what I received from the person I purchased it from: ***Realize this info is from November 2013***
-It has an aluminum radiator, single core but has a wide core so its like an original 3 or 4 core radiator
-replaced the u joints on the front drive shaft.
-replaced the factory fan and fan clutch with a flex flan.
-Water pump has been replaced
-thermostat, coolant temp sending unit, and oil pressure sending unit have been replaced.
-It has a new battery and new battery cables, probably put them on 2 or 3 months ago.
-the power steering pump is new and it has a different pulley on it than the old one. So the belts are different than what the computer will pull up at a parts store. The p/n for the belts are written on the fan shroud under the hood, if you ever need to change them. The fan belt is still the same as what a parts store will pull up.
-Also the gearbox for the steering leaks a little bit of oil, not bad but has a slow leak

Since then I have had the transmission and transfer case seals replaced and got the air conditioner working (it makes a pretty annoying noise when you first turn the air on but after driving down the road a bit it goes away). I will admit that I know little to nothing about working on vehicles so bear with me if you have questions. 4x4 works and engages without any issue.

Willing to sale with the varmint rig set up (top rack, 3 seats 2 of which to shoot off of, ladder and kill basket) for $3,000 $2250. I'm located in Mineral Wells. If you want to drive it just let me know and we can set something up. Thanks, Brandon

TTT, willing to entertain reasonable offers. Keep all your gear out of the weather during the long nights varmint hunting.

Can't believe this is still available. I've hunted out of this thing a lot and it's been fantastic. The power windows and locks even work as does the front and rear heater. The tires look near new. We've driven it all over without issue.

Thanks cattleman and 25-06 for the positive comments that have been erased.
Cattleman post went something like this: I've hunted out of this rig a few times and its done its job everytime.
25-06 post went something like this: I see this thing around the corner from my house the pics don't do it justice.
Bump

Probably won't impress your wife but this rig is what you load up in for a guys weekend on the lease.

Up top. May consider partial trades on this, no pistols please. No matter how it works out I would still be looking for a minimum of $1000 cash.
Things I would consider for a partial trade deal:
-Nice rifle
-Higher end shotgun
-Higher end optics

Thanks, Brandon
