Guys, I'm sorry for the trouble you are having! It amazes me that the guy can stay in business!
I think I'd see about attending the Las Vegas show and tell everyone that approached his booth to check him out online before they bought anything from him.

I purchased a rifle from Tactical Rifles and got ripped off. I ordered in Aug 2012 the rifle was delivered in May 2014 without the scope. The rifle needs a little work but David Rooney says its perfect and said stop harassing them (which I never did). He emailed his lawyer and said never contact them they won't respond. He never delivered my scope and has over $2300 of mine which he kept. I guess he feels he is entitled to keep my money because I dared ask when I would get delivery. I'm actually filing suit in Orlando before Shot show 2015. I will make my suit very public. We should as a community avoid companies like this and pass the word to everyone attending the Show to be very careful. We will be at the show sharing our experience and video with the masses. We will only relay our personal experience with Tactical Rifles Inc and David Rooney he has a booth at the Shot Show 2015 Las Vegas NV, Booth 20136! Update on my build: they sent an email a couple months ago letting me know that the parts came in, they're building the rifle and will be test firing it soon. No word or rifle, since.
