Finally got soil sample back and to engineers should have it back from them by Friday and we can start setting forms for slab soon, supposed to start work on the shop tomorrow. It takes for ever to get everything going but hopefully be rolling good soon.

Congrats! It's fun but still makes me nervous, shop is 30x40 should start it today and framing starts soon it is stressful for sure

2acres and yes I didn't want the shop way back from house. Prolly put awning in front of shop covering the entire area from shop to front of house.

Got to love the smell of fresh steel and pine in the morning Bet the wife is busy with the paint colors and window treatments, a joint stress I'm sure. Looking great, but bet you cant wait to turn the door knob!
