Okay, I have been a bit indecisive as to what I am going to purchase, part of that is due to lack of a big budget. I have to keep reminding myself that eventually, I do plan on moving (currently Dallas Co) and at that point, I can hopefully purchase additional suppressors.

Quick facts:
My budget is $1220 including stamp(s)

I have pricing on the Harvester 30($565OTD), the Octane 45 ($660OTD) and the AAC Ti-Rant is ($670OTD) not including stamps. However, I really would like to get the most fun out of it as I do not hunt nor do I shoot competitively, all for fun.

With that said I have taken ya'lls advice and started looking into the Sparrow ($379OTD) and integral barrels, specifically for the 10/22 as the more I read, .22 rimfire is one of the most fun rounds to suppress.

Huntertown has a Fusion T22 that is pretty cool, they will also let you send the unit back to have it re-chambered in any caliber you want assuming it is a rim fire cartridge. Then there are YHM, Thompson Machine...etc

I am overwhelmed with ideas and a limited budget which is making this decision more difficult than necessary. I REALLY want a .30 can though only because I think they are pretty cool, I don’t hunt right now so this would be for paper punching which leads me back to the 10/22, I just love the "Hollywood" quiet they offer.

I need some help; I am going mad over here...

I am basically in the same boat as you. However I have narrowed my choices down to 2 solid 7.62 cans and 1 on the fence. In order of consideration.

My factors are cost, weight, decibel reduction.

I've got a silencerco specwar 7.62 and silencerco warlock II for the .22 on order. Both had solid reviews and for the price couldn't be beat.

not really, I've Factored them all together with more thought towards cost verses weight and decibel reduction.

So the Phantom LT is 20oz with a 35db reduction for less than $600.

Do not get sucked into comparing DB ratings as there is no official standard and the better companies don't even bother publicizing them.

I decided to go with the sparrow and a harvester 30. I watched a video of the sparrow on a 15-22 and a mark ii FV-SR-sr and now I want one...and the Mark ii FV-SR, lol.

Now to get my tikka threaded.

I just ordered a silencer co specter ii, i almost went with the sparrow, but read online about how some people didn't like the first round pop, so i decided against the sparrow. I have a element 2, love it but a little harder to clean. They come with a pusher that pushes baffles out for much easier cleaning. My main thing was finding a rimfire suppressor that had no or very little first round pop! Now my centerfire suppressors, i go for light, as my rifles are heavy enough, but light is almost always more $$$. My centerfire suppressors are a yhm phantom and a yhm phantom titanium. They seem very solid, nice suppressors for the money. The regular phantom is very heavy, i could drive nails with it and not hurt it.

That's what my brother and I both bought after much research and the clincher was the unanimous recommendation from 3 guys at the Silencer Shop for it.

Bring this back up, 5.5 months into cans. Still waiting. Anyone else have updates?

Just received my can from jail. Looking at around when you ordered, I purchased my AAC 762SDN in April and submitted via Eform. This was when the Eform for form 4s was locked so SilencerShop asked if I wanted to just submit as a Paper Form. I ended up doing that and the check was cashed on June 2nd. Form 4 was approved and stamp received on Oct 2. Drove down to Austin and picked her up yesterday and wanting to load up some Subs and see what she can do.

Good looking sbr. You'll love shooting 300blk subs through it.

I have the same magpul buis also. I went with a 7.5" barrel.

I'm running the AAC762SDN6 on a Rem 700 SPS TAC .308 16" and a Colt AR in .223. I can say that I'm very satisfied with it's performance and that it was worth the year wait. Sent my forms off late March 2013 and had check cashed in early April. Started processing in June then received stamp in early April 2014. Hopefully they are getting them processed a little quicker. I would get one ordered before January before they make it a big pain.

in the last pic my buddy is running a .300BLK AAC Upper (9/10" SBR, I forget which) with the Yankee Hill titanium can. He doesn't usually run it on his .223 upper anymore, so it's hard to compare my AAC can with .223 to his.

By once, cry once. Get the best- Shark Suppressors. I run his Tiger Shark (300 Win Mag rated). I have 3 adapters that can mount on any rifle I have threaded.

Update....My 2 cans should be out of jail in a week or so...

My transforor just has to fix some wording on my application......FINALLY!! Im also 3 weeks into a form 1 should be another 2 weeks til that one is done.

OK, I have to ask. Why? What makes them the best? How close to street price are the MSRPs? Prices seem hi dolla, especially when there are some great cans out there with similar ratings, lifetime warranties, and at great prices.

I am a huge fan of Templar Tactical suppressors..
Why?
Because they are lightweight, accurate, have hardly any POI shift and it is always the same, less than a 1/2 mil straight down on a lightweight barrel and .5" on a medium weight and repeatable every time.

They do both a direct thread and use a mounting system that will allow for the use of their flash hider, brake or just a mount interface. JEC who probably makes the best brakes on the market and are used by a large amount of competition precision rifle shooters makes one that also serves as a mount for the Templar cans.

Even the smallest 5" can (10oz in direct thread) is 300 win mag rated and you can run these cans in full auto on an SBR when used with the brake.

I like that they use a Ti machined monocore baffle system that is threaded into the outer sleeve. No welds to introduce potential heat issues that are susceptible to failure.

Curtis is an engineer out of A&M that worked in the Jet propulsion industry, designed manufacturing parts for Japanese auto makers, etc.. he is a SHARP guy.
