Before i am asked No i am not a Lease Broker. I am the current man that has this property leased thru 2015 and i am moving out of state for work and will not be able to hunt in Texas for the next couple of years. All money will be paid to me in cash, you will meet the land owner and he will write the lease out. I have paid for the lease until Sept 2015. So i am trying to recoup some of my money since i will not be able to hunt. I am not in a huge rush, looking for the right person to take care of the land and not shoot everything that moves. There are no Cows on the property. Land owner is great. Main goals for the land owner is to preserve the wildlife there ( not over hunt it ), keep trash and camp area clean. This is a great spot and hard to find smaller place for 1 person. YES YOU CAN BRING KIDS!!!!! My sons are in the blind with me every time i go to this property.
