We had a great hunt last night, 5 hogs killed with thermal and night vision!!

My friend and I hunted with Brian this past Saturday, and it was absolutely incredible. He is a very experienced hunter and a great guide. It was an absolute pleasure hunting with him. His property is huge and is absolutely beautiful. There were a ton of pigs.

We spent the first hour getting familiar with the weapons and optics. Then we dropped off my friend and another guide that was helping Brian at their stand. Right as the sun was setting, We parked the polaris about 250 yards from the stand and started walking in. When we were about 20 yards from the stand, 2 good sized boars came busting through some tall grass about 25 yards in front of us. One took off and the other stopped and looked us thinking about what it was going to do. I had the suppressed ar10 with a thermal scope. That was the first of 5 pigs to fall that night. Later in the evening my friend got one. We then got out of the stands and stalked the dirt roads that run through the property. I shot a large sow and a small little roasting pig using a suppressed sig 7.62x39 with a gen 3 nv scope. My friend then shot another small one.

Overall it was an incredible experience and I can't wait to go back. Brian was great. The weapons and optics were top notch. The land was great. The hunting was awesome. The price was very fair. I can't recommend this highly enough if you're looking for an awesome way to shoot some wild hogs.

I can't wait to get out and do it again. Only thing I'll do different is I'll probably stay there next time, the drive home at 330 am was not much fun haha.
