I haven't done Jack Squat in the last week or so exercise-wise. Planter fasciitis in my right foot. I think my left elbow has a chip floating around in it. 'Been having occasional stabbing pain in it for the last 6 months or so. And I have a cold. Martinis are helping some though.

Still, I want to kill something.

Elk hunters unite! And get the frickin' lead out. Season is only 8&1/2 months away.

I slipped for awhile, but I've been eating healthy again. Do some push-ups occasionally.

CR, you should probably see if your doctor can do something about that case of old that you're dealing with.

The inactivity has helped me set a new record! 214. Heaviest I've been in my life. Don't eat a lot of sweets, but the cheese...I love the cheese and crackers.

Walking at least 2mi. today. This has to stop. 'Need a hunt to be working towards.

2 mi. this morning. Hopefully the stuff I'm giving up for Lent will help the waistline a little too.

This time of year is my usual 4-10mile walk-a-bouts. Short winded, except the ocasional gas flair ups. Ya would think sitting between two feeders would be an easier hog hunt. Any one up for hog hunt on public land? i need the exercise.

Been pretty busy. I can't complain about that.

5K big hill today. Did 2mi. each 4 x's last week. Elbows won't let me do pushups anymore, and the gut shows it. On my way to the Alfred Hitchcock profile, but I'll fight it as best I can.

Tennis agh de horror, have ya seen doc about em? It felt good ta hit the OSBWMA, good exercise, found out few years go had that espestace in de lungs. Years of foundry work. Place has changed lots of imrovements, if health was better would jump back at it. Every time stick me head outa the hole, always heard how tough times are. hows your leg doing

I've cut way back on the hooch for Lent and I feel better generally, but it sure helps with the joint pain at night. 'Hope to keep the imbibing way down even after Easter.
