Leaving my lease without another one lined up. So I am going to try to sell my trailer as I do not have a place to store it. If it doesn't sell then I'll keep it and find a place until I get another lease.

This is a ~32' lease trailer with a slide out. Think it is a 1993, might be 1994. I have title and it will say clearly. I've had this trailer for 2 years or so.

Has bunk beds and could put a full size - queen size bed in the front. Right now there is a nice recliner there. The a/c works. The stove and oven work.

Never got the propane heater to work. So I use electric heaters. The fridge works but it is a replacement and only runs on electricity. Water pump works. Also the hot water heater only works on electricity though it is supposed to work on propane too.

The plastic skylights (3) were broken (most likely hail) and need to be replaced. Told they are cheap. This happened while I was in India and right now I have trash bags covering it. Did not notice any damage other than the skylights.

The slide-out leaks at the seals. The previous owners used tar paper to prevent damage and I've used plastic and tarps. There is some damage on the wall that I did not know about when I bought it.

Price is $2000 and will have to be picked up when I go down to get the rest of my gear. This will be either the weekend of the 5th or 12th. It is located outside of Coleman. My 3/4 ton truck pulls it fine. Might be tough on a 1/2 ton and I'll be happy to get it up to the road to help. But my reason for selling it is to not to haul it back to dfw.
Here are some pics. If you want others or want to see the right side up then pm me.

thx,

I'm bring this back up to the top. I did have the trailer sold last year but got on another lease and decided to keep it. That lease did not turn out to be what I wanted. Offered the trailer to the buyer from last year. He was going to pick it up last weekend but had some family issues. I had a list from the original post of those guys that wanted it in order. Sorry, I thought the trailer was sold and can't find the list. I"m sure most found other deals.

The price is now $1500. I dropped the price due to a leak that developed over the slide out. When I set back up on this current lease, I didn't protect the slide out like I had before. There was a leak and it warped the ceiling a bit before I got the leak stopped. The seal on the slide out has always been a problem since I bought it (used). What I've found that works is a pretty cheap solution. Using plastic (3mm) from home depot over the top. Doesn't look real pretty but worked.

I believe the trailer to be decent for a deer lease. For a trailer that would be hauled frequently, I think it is not good. And I think I've got it priced right for what it is. I paid $4k for it. Seen a lot worst trailers sell for a lot more.

Let me know if there are any questions that I can answer. And if you think Texas is Australia, then go back north eh 😄

thx,
dk

Yes, I believe the tires are good. I will be taking a compressor and gage to make sure they have the proper inflation. The tags on the trailer are good till April I believe.

I hauled the trailer from ftw to my 1st lease in coleman without a hitch about 4-5 years ago. Then I hauled it about 15-20 miles last year and that was not an issue.

Up for the weekend or the China crowd smile

Have one guy that might look at it on Sunday if I make it out to lease. Weather should be the only issue.
