Have to tell my story related to ^^^^^.

Years ago before cell phones my hunting buddy called and asked if I was coming to the camp that evening. I said no and asked why. Seems he stopped along the way to the camp at a bar and had hit it off with some lady. Since I was not going he was going to try and get her to go to the camp. I told him to do as he wanted as I couldn’t make it. 20 minutes later his wife to be called and asked if I was going to the camp. When I said no then she said she was going there to surprise him. There was no phone at the camp. They lived 30 minutes from the camp and I lived an hour. I didn’t make it in time even though I set a new record on getting there. It was ugly when I drove up and they didn’t get married.
