We had 1 1/2 inches of rain today near Olney !
Lots of birds
We have numerous spots available at the 640 acre Woodson field & one private field still left just west of Graham !

Thanks for the Pm DQ Kid and yes we still have some good fields available in Young County DAWN TO DUSK HUNTING $220 for a Season Pass per Hunter (Sept. through Oct.) Large or Small Groups Welcome Camping Sites Available - ATVs Allowed 640 acre Field Located West of Metroplex at Young County Also we have one Private Field that is still Available just west of Graham ! After the 2nd week of Sept you can hunt another 12 fields as directions will be provided upon your membership ! This should be as good a years as I have seen in 5-6 years. Very reminiscent of the hay days back in Snyder!
Spent 1.5 hours 5:30 to 7:00 sitting at the dove lease this past Saturday and roughly counted 600-700 birds.
The fields have ripe sunflowers, and wheat.
Some newer sunflowers that will start shedding seeds in a few weeks. The fields will be cut into strips in a few weeks adding more feed to the ground. The last cool front must have pushed in some bigger darker birds as they were mixed with the smaller native birds.
I have also scouted the Murray field which had birds and both wheat and sunflowers.
A paid season lease will affords you access to all the fields after 09/09/2013.
I will scout these two fields again and the other between now and opening day and will update you as I do that."
