I have to say I am proud of myself for this one. $60 plus the paint job. Really does a nice job reducing the sound to a low pur.

It's just a automotive muffler added on to the end. Same concept as the Benz Silencer.

When i worked for a Fab company there was built one of those for his four wheeler and just welded a box together with chambers and a baffle in it and it was impressively quite.

looks good! watch out where you back up though It doesn't stick out at all. The muffler hangs just beneath the rack. I you-tubed several of the commercial ones and honestly could not tell the difference. So I saw one video where a guy made one from a muffler and to me it was the only one that appeared to work. I Googled the muffler at Autozone for $24 and bought the 2 right angles and bracket. It cost me $10 to get the assembly welded to the existing muffle and walla that was it.

Mine doesn't have a storage box on the back. It just has the rack that I bolted the bracket to.

Not that I can tell, but I'm not running any races or towing around a bunch of stuff.
