Good call for those that guessed 7.5. In '07 he had no brow tines and we hoped more would develop up top. Other than sprouting eye guards, he stayed in the same configuration. He never missed out on any groceries though. Here he is in '08 at 3.5:  In '09 he went through a 'phase' - it was just experimentation, really:  Never saw him in 2010 and then he resurfaced in 2011.  It's fun to get history on a deer, especially when they don't have a limit to how much ground they can cover. The greatest distance between the cameras where this deer visited is just shy of a mile. Not sure what that means, but I find it interesting and thought y'all might too.

Wow, a mature buck that didnt travel more than a mile. I dont think Ive ever had a mature buck that I kept tabs on that traveled that little. I think I would have named him Homeboy. He had everything he thought he needed right there in that area. Thanks for posting. I certainly thought it was an interesting thread.

Just had this guy resurface on pics pulled yesterday. He is the biggest 7 I have ever seen. He is at least 7.5 now.   Hopefully he shows up Saturday evening just like every other night for the last month.
