No Roy this is a mile away on the North West part of the ranch. Different sister, one of my favorite pastures. The ranch is 4000 ac. total. This pasture has good water and live oaks with a neat little draw.

How many guns would you say this pasture can support?

4 guns easy with everyone getting a nice buck. You could run 5 if you limited to one buck per gun and put out the feed. During the rut the pipeline ROW's pull bucks from all over. 200 ac. per gun is the norm for this area.

There is a good piece of this pasture that hasn't been hunted. We just never got around to putting a feeder back there. Deer die of old age in this pasture.

Are those sheep on this pasture?

Yes the pasture is leased to our neighbor. He doesn't run too many but you need to build solid pens. I used 6 panels per feeder and no problems. I have hunted this pasture for 15+ years and there have always been sheep.

Hey Bobby this is the other ranch in the area I was telling you about I do hunts on. Great piece of property and can't beat it being managed. I would lease the place myself but can't afford it right now.

It says $13 per acre in his original post, which is $10,517 per year.
Further down in the thread he says it might be negotiable, with the LO wanting a long term relationship and water & elec available it's gonna make a good place for somebody.

Nice place there, Im locked in a lease already but would jump at it if I weren't. Have hunted Schleicher Co in the past and was very impressed with not only deer #'s but deer quality as well, especially during the rut. Hit a rack together or a buck grunt and they came running in from every direction. Best area I've hunted. And the best part, where I was at there weren't any hogs or coyotes, I couldn't believe it. Went as a guest with co-workers, was part of the Davis or Davidson Ranch.
