I just got back tonight from Valleyview Alberta, Canada. I was up there with Todd Loewen and Red Willow Outfitters. The first 3 days of the hunt I saw some bears but could never get a shot. On the 4th day I took this guy. He would have squared around 6' 6". This is me and Todd.  Rage broadhead put the first one down at about 40 yards and the second one at about 30.  On the last day of the hunt, I was lucky enough to take this guy. I didn't realize how big he was until after I shot him. We did square him and he measured 7' 4". He made Pope and Young with 19 1/4.   Me and my guide Mark loading the bear in the truck  My mom was lucky enough to fill one of her tags on this good boar.

Awesome, I love it! Alberta is great for bear hunting. How many did you see each day? I saw anywhere from 1 to 8 bears each day. Usually 3 or 4.
