There are a couple close to you
Angie / Tioga retrievers in Aubrey JC / Cripple Creek Retrievers in Decatur
I have seen both Handle dogs at hunt test and in my opinion appear to be very good trainers. The best advise is to go out and train with Whoever you are considering
Explain what you are wanting and see for yourself who is the best fit For your needs.
As another idea join the retriever club in fort wort called Cowtown HRC they can also help you once you Get your dog back from the pro at their training days

I can tell you from my own experience. Do your Research and meet and talked with a few trainers. My dog and I couldn't be happier with Eddie Noga at Zion Kennels! First class all the way. Your dog will be in great hands there.
