Lease is 3500 acres
8 hunters
$2200 per hunter
bow/gun
water and electric for a camper
communitty cookshack
gamepole w/ lights
protein feed from Feb-August/Sept which is a group expense
Family/guests welcome
Expect consistant 130 class with 140" being above average. 150" deer taken on ranch but are not as common.
I have been on this ranch for the last 11 seasons and we are renewing for 5 more years. It is a family atmosphere but we like to drink cobur by the fire. If you are **** retentive, don't bother inquiring. If you like to have a good time and enjoy seeing you lease mates, then you will like this place.
You should expect the lease to end up costing around $3500 per gun per year when you factor in electric ($250 per person annually) and protein which will vary but generally runs around $1000 per spot.

Might be interesed. How far from DFW? 300 miles to camp. Takes 5-6 hours depending on how you drive and stops. It's a haul!

Live in Canton area. Afraid it might be too much of a drive. I know what you mean! I went ad looked at the place because my BIL made me 11 years ago! I thought it was too far. I am glad I did! It has been a great lease.
