I really don't know too much about the Hybrid Persian Ibex. We picked up 6 a little over a year ago and they have been seeing pretty good interest from hunters. We have two remaining from the original 6 and have since imported an additional 5 all look the same with the exception of one that is much more chocolate in color. Here is a picture of a recent hunt:

I am doing that skull right now for a euro. Cool looking it is. I was reading they are mix of Catalina goat and Persian Ibex. I am sure there are other breeds but this is what I gathered from reading.

Nice critters and good price.
They are a YO or hybrid ibex. May or may not really have any 'persian' in them, but they'll have something in them to get the horns to sweep back - could be any number of different ibex strains or some domestic goat strains with that horn configuration.
