I have a Hi-Point .45 pistol for sale. Great gun, have about 250 rounds or so through it. Nothing wrong, just replaced it with a Glock 23 and wife says it has to go.

Comes with 2 mags, 2 boxes of ammo and holster. $200.00

Gun is located in Cleveland Texas. FTF only sale. Will meet from Cleveland to Humble. Must be willing to sign a bill of sale and allow picture of Texas DL.

What’s up with wanting a picture id with the bill of sale? I don’t want to get on my soap box but little requirements like that are reasons that we as a society have let our second amendment rights be sanded down to the point of almost no existence. There is no law that says you have to see an ID or to provide a bill of sale for a fire arm. If a buyer requests a bill of sale for warranty purposes that is one thing but to make it a requirement for the sale of the gun then you are simply purporting the injustice that we have swallowed as a nation.

I hope that you rethink your selling requirements on this and other guns in the future for the sake of educating others and reminding them what their rights really are. Allot of men and women have died for you to be able to sale and buy guns at your leisure.

Why bash on this guys thread so much?

I own a C9 and the mag holds 10 rounds. Plenty. I don't know how many the .45 holds, but I'm sure it is only 1 or 2 less than a full sized 1911.
How about this guy sells his gun to you and then you sell it and it gets stolen and used in a crime. I know that when the police came knocking on my door, I would want to have a signed bill of sale on hand proving that the gun no longer belonged to me.

If you sold a truck, I'm sure you would get a bill of sale and make sure it was no longer registered in your name. If you didn't, the person that bought it could be in a hit and run, and it come back on you.

Not to mention, he is the one selling the gun and he can require the buyer to provide ID while standing on his head and singing Amazing Grace.

I served to protect his right to do so.

The .45 holds 9+1, if you can't get it done with that...RUN!
